Euroluce never fails to inspire with the world's leading brands showcasing innovative designs in lighting. Most lighting manufacturers collaborate with renowned design houses to commission new lighting designs, opening the floor to fresh ideas that capture the imagination of design aficionados and lovers of light and design.

FontanaArte introduced this concept at inception in 1931, with the founding fathers coming from diverse backgrounds in architecture (Gio Ponti) and glass manufacturing (Luigi Fontana), the possibilities in collaboration were born and following this time FontanaArte has seen the brand evolve over 80 years by consistently bringing fresh blood to the fore.

One such collaboration was Setareh by Francesco Librizzi which was launched at the Milan Fair Euroluce 2017.

As FontanaArte states 'Setareh was born from the idea of giving form to light. The lamp is composed of a sphere in hand-blown white satin glass, beautifully suspended within a thin metal structure. The play of circular masses and trajectories generates a balanced design of gravitational dynamics. The light from the sphere is diffused into the surrounding space, illuminating the frame. The collection of lighting elements is available in a tabletop or suspension lamp. The table version is available in two different models while the suspension version comes in several compositions’ - FonatanaArte.com
